Here, we answer a few commonly asked questions about how the Pitchflex development process works.

How is Pitchflex a better alternative to a Powerpoint slide-deck?

Traditional slide-decks tend to be linear, un-engaging experiences which give you little flexibility in how you present to a customer. Pitchflex’s Centralised Content System means you can instantly choose the piece of content you wish to show, adapting your presentation to the customer’s needs – different every time.

How much of my time does it take to put together?

Our 5-Stage Development Process enables us to do the heavy lifting for you, enabling you to focus on your Sales or Marketing role. Our Discovery Session will help inform what we want to achieve. We’ll then undertake the design and development work for your approval – no need for you to spend large amounts of time putting it together. Our turnkey platform delivers in a finished solution, ready for you to use.

Will the design follow our Brand Guidelines?

Absolutely – it’s really important to us that our work fits seamlessly with your branding, powerfully enhancing your existing marketing material. Our Creative Director Ian Woodley has 30 years of brand experience, and is fully conversant with implementing your existing brand guidelines into your Pitchflex presentation.

How easy it is to use?

Very. Unlike fixed package solutions, Pitchflex is totally geared towards your team and your customers. We discuss the most appropriate ways to navigate around your Pitchflex content so that it is easy and intuitive for all your team to use. Upon completion we supply you with a User Guide, although because it’s so easy to use, most clients don’t need them!

My team use different devices – will it work across these?

Yes. Pitchflex can be used across laptop, Surface Pro, iPad, desktop and even online – so you can choose the most appropriate device to you and your team’s needs.

Can we incorporate our existing video content into Pitchflex?

Of course. The dynamic nature of Pitchflex digital presentations really come alive with video, animations and motion graphics. All your existing video can be included, ready to access whenever you need it, and we can help create new video productions if required. This is great way to maximise the use of videos you’ve already created – and paid for – but are not being used as frequently as they could be.

What other types of content can be included into Pitchflex?

Pitchflex is a really versatile and rich content presentation platform for your business. You can incorporate motion graphics, interactive tap points, animated infographics, technical specifications, PDFs, pop-up graphics, photo galleries, product comparisons, technology walkthroughs, animated timelines and ‘how it works’ videos – and much more. In short, it’s fully configured around your business and the narrative you want to tell to your customers.

What if I don’t have a good wi-fi connection?

Don’t worry! Pitchflex is an offline platform, so you can access all of your content at any point in time without needing wi-fi. So, if you are dropping into a customer office for a meeting, or at an expo or trade show, no need to worry about slow data. Everything is instantly available – whenever and wherever you need it.

Can I use Pitchflex as an interactive kiosk screen at a trade show?

Absolutely. You can use touchscreen on your stand to engage with passing visitors and act as an extra salesperson. Have Pitchflex on iPad housed on a lecturn, or connect to a large touchscreen which can be hired by event organisers.

Can my distributors and partners use it?

Yes, no problems. As well as an effective and hard-working internal tool, Pitchflex is also a valued tool for your wider external partners. Equipping them with Pitchflex means they are always on-brand, and its ease of use ensures they will want to use it again and again, sending positive messages out to your customer base worldwide.

How much does it cost?

We recognise that different businesses have varying needs, and so a one-size-fits-all approach is not great. Our three levels of Pitchflex platform (Lite, Plus and Pro) ensure there’s always a suitable solution for your sales and marketing needs. Each Pitchflex is unique to a client’s requirements, meaning we can be cost-effective at whatever level your business is at. Our entry-level Pitchflex Lite starts at £4500, with the Plus and Pro solutions providing more complex functionality as required.

Are there any user licences or subscription costs?

No. Pitchflex interactive presentations are delivered for just a single one-off project fee. There are no subscriptions to worry about, and you Pitchflex presentation is free to use across all your team members, regardless of size.

What about updates and ongoing support?

We’re here to support you as your business grows, and your products/services evolve. Our experienced team are always available, and we look after any updates you may want to make - leaving you and your team free to focus on the things that matter. Any updates are prioritised and then deployed out to the team, ensuring you always have the latest content to hand.
